I am extremely satisfied with bathroom creations product and services. Ali went extra mile and visited the site to oversee the instlatiton and fittings. He effectively coordinated with my builder for measurements and product support. Any minor adjustments and modification issues were addressed at once.I am 200% satisfied and would highly recommend bathroom creation.

Bathroom Creations has an awesome range of products and the service provided by Ali is absolutely remarkable. Our house was renovated within a short period of time and Ali was on top of all the required changes and got it all done with perfection. His quality of service and products are fabulous. Purchased all our bathroom fittings from Ali at Bathroom Creations. very pleased with the quality and look of everything once installed. Had a problem with an in wall cistern and Ali was extremely helpful in assisting solve the problem. Turned out the problem was an issue with the installation and not the product. We have no problem recommending Ali and Bathroom Creations

This place is a hidden gem! We wanted a lux bathroom and couldn’t have asked for better customer service and advice. Ali delivered the pieces himself and even helped us to exchange an element when it turned out to be too long for the space provided. We are super happy with the finished product. I could not recommend Ali at Bathroom Creations highly enough. We got all our taps, toilets, basins and accessories for our en-suite Reno. The showroom is awesome. Laid out really well. Ali’s communication was fantastic, from selecting styles and colours, right to pick up and delivery.The kitchen showroom has just opened and it looks great. Wide range of colour and layout options to select from. I’m a cabinet maker by trade and the quality looks really high.

After going to half a dozen bathroom places in Mitcham/Nunawading, we saved visiting Bathroom Creations last because of the reviews. We ended up buying all our fixtures and fittings from Bathroom Creations for our main bathroom and ensuite full renovation (Bella Vista and Otti range). Ali was one of the loveliest people we have ever met. He was courteous and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need but also gave us advice when we were unsure. I would recommend Ali and Bathroom creations to anyone looking for bathroom supplies. Everything you see in the picture besides the tiles and shower screen were from Bathroom Creations.

I recently renovated two bathrooms and bought many of my bathroom fittings from Bathroom Creations including mixers, accessories, basins, sensor mirrors, toilets, bathtub and vanities. Ali spent about 2 1/2 hrs with us providing a personalised and professional service and ensuring we were completely satisfied. He was even patient with my two kids who had cheekily relocated some of his personal items to another location playing shop keeper. I found Ali's bathroom fittings to be of good quality, and reasonably priced. He was understanding at accommodating and resolving any changes or issues that came up during the renovation process. The bathrooms look beautiful and makes such a difference at the end of a tiring day!I can’t recommend his products and friendly service enough and would happily purchase from Ali again.

Ali is extremely helpful, he helps me to get many of my bathroom renovation items at reasonable price, within the timeframe I want. His shop is not big, but he has many products not on display - you just need to ask and he will source it for you. He provides excellent customer service and advices, and most importantly, he is not pushy at all. He is a real pleasant to deal with!
