Good options, not many deals avalible ive found more at other sites. I was in the store for quite some time the staff didn't even acknowledge me, I found this strange as I was the only customer in the store. Overall I probably would not shop here, the specials are not that great which is one of tje whole reasons you go to a DFO in the first place.

What a great shopping experience. Someone who genuinely show interest in you and help you with the process of choosing the appropiate garment you are looking for. Thanks

The worst customer service ever by Anaiza, she was not interested to serve, she was more busy talking to her colleague about a green skirt she just bought. If you don’t want to work to come in and ruin someone’s day.

I was served by a young dark skin African gentleman quiet a while back however I just made an account to comment on my experience. It was probably the worst experience I have ever had. They definitely need to retrain their staff or get rid of them, he especially has horrible attitude and behavior.

Had a wonderful experience buying a suit for a friend’s wedding. Gunn is a gun! I’m not much into formal suits and was very happy how Gunn took his time to help me pick a right suit and made it very easy. Fantastic customer service.

Last week on Sunday we went and look for my son's work experience clothing winter wear in DFO Homebush and finally ended up with Van Heusen. Terrible customer service. I went to the store to get some assistance on something I already wanted. The store manager Gunrajan was free and all he did was giving me an awkward stare rather than offering help. I had to literally ask another guy that seemed new and he nicely offered help. As much as he wanted to help he didn't now all the answers and the manager seemed to refused to help him to find the other Employee was trying on shoes while there was customers in the store. Lack of professionalism, the manager came across as very arrogant and the other employee only cared about how the shoes looked. I can't believe how the store is surviving with such poor customer service!

So impressed with the quality of service from Gunn at the Van Heusen in Homebush. Gunn helped me select 5 suits for me and my groomsmen for my upcoming wedding. He gave great tips & advice while I was there trying them on in store.Gunn is approachable and not pushy and made me feel very comfortable being in, and browsing, his store. He was immensely helpful in organising for multiple suits to be shipped to the Sydney store from around Australia. Thank you so much! I would absolutely shop here again because of him

Gunn, the store manager, is a fashion gun.I went to pick a few shirts on the run,without overselling, he showed me good options and aligned my needs to what the brand has to offer.I was impressed and loved the shopping experience at this store.
