RT Edgar Mornington Peninsula Portsea

Thank you to the Short Stay team! We had a wonderful stay at property Coastal Designs Escape and the communication with the Short Stay team was brilliant. They went over and above to accommodate our requests and seem to have a great communication channel with their property owners to facilitate a comfortable stay for guests. The team were very responsive, from pre to post stay. We look forward to booking again through the team.

The house was beautiful and clean and just as it was advertised. The staff were also so helpful and responsive. We loved our syay!

Great house, terrific location and very comfortable for a family of 5. Outdoor area was fantastic also. Very tastefully decorated and all supplies and necessary items were modern and complete with plenty of cutlery, plates,etc. would highly recommend this house.

This is a review of their short stay “service”.Very unprofessional service with long delays between applications and rude, disingenuous responses from staff. My initial enquiry was cancelled under the guise of the property being unavailable for the dates I was enquiring about. One week later these dates are still being advertised on their site despite this advice to me. Either their response was a lie or they are so unprofessional that they do not update their listings in a timely manner. I wrote to them to ask them to address this and they asked me to call. I called them and they had lost the correspondance previously and conveyed to me my expectations were too high and then hung up on me not actually answering my query. Incredibly disappointing given I was trying to arrange accommodation for a large family group.

The experience was seamless and the short term lease house at Point Leo was fabulous! Thanks for helping an interstate family enjoy a family wedding in the Mornington Peninsula!

We love this house, every detail is done beautifully!Cooking is effortless in the kitchen that has everything you could ever need, and dining inside, or on the beautiful big balcony is a pleasure. The beds are so comfortable, the bed linen is beautiful and the shower pressure is fantastic!It is a couple of minutes to walk to a pristine beach. We will happily stay for a third summer, we all feel so at home in this house that caters so well for adults and our teenagers!

Karacoum is a fantastic property for 1-2 families looking to holiday on the Mornington Peninsula. The property has everything you could ask for. The location is ideal, a few hundred meters from the beautiful Portsea Beach and shops. A typical day was coffee and swim/walk at the beach in the mornings, with afternoon spent at the pool and tennis court at Karacoum. The outdoor entertaining area is the key feature, the outlook over the pool and tennis court is quite special. Would happily stay there again.
