I would not recommend this store. Their return policy is really stupid. Won't exchange or give me a store credit for sunglasses because I had taken the sticker off that was literally attached on the glass so I can wear them. Used them for 10 minutes max and realised it's like looking into the mirror and seeing background reflection.How would I know whether the product is right for me without wearing them?Sales person didn't make me aware of their return policy when buying the sunglasses but it shows on the receipt once you have paid for it. I don't think anyone would bother to stand there and read the receipt before they leave the store.*edit* Tried emailing on the email address provided. Message can't be delivered.

My daughter and i went to this shop today and service is not good at first then finally me and my daughter found the stuff we like went to the counter to pay it. The person that serves us was really nice but when we pay our item we pay it by cash and the person who serve us called her co workmate and aak to open the other drawer so she can give change and that person wasn't nice at all she said you need to start telling to people that we don't accept cash anymore because of covid! And i offer to pay it by card and she replied it's too late in a angrily voice!! Please shut your store if you don't accept cash anymore. Some shops still accept cash.

I went into JT Surf today and had a great experience. I was served by Jacob macgowan who was very nice and was great to have a conversation with. I will definitely go again. Thanks again Jacob for the great customer service, keep it up man.

Customer service needs improvement. My sweet little son was ignored walking out of the store when he said goodbye. It’s sad when a toddler has better manners than adults.
