First time boat owner - engine needed first service and service was first class. From initial phone call thru drop off and pick up everyone was very helpful and very professional. I asked about adjusting the trailer as I had problems launching the boat solo and David took the time to look at the problem and work out a solution - trailer adjustment was free of charge (wouldn't take my money!) and engine service was very reasonably priced. If things go downhill when I take the engine back for its 12 month service I'll be sure to update this review, otherwise Highly recommended!
