I was referred to Dr Ben Tai at Bright Smiles by my dentist and I cannot fault my experience. Not only can they arrange payment plans to make the process affordable but he (and his staff) have constantly kept up great service throughtout my treatment. He is constantly updating me on how my treatment is progressing and why he is doing what he is or will be doing throughout my treatment. I highly recommend Bright Smiles to anyone needing teeth correction.

I have been seeing Dr Ben Tai for nearly five years now and cannot recommend him enough. He is generous with his orthodontic and dental advice, kind in manner and incredible at what he does. I have previously been very nervous at the dentist and dreaded going but Dr Tai has turned the experience around for me. My teeth are transformed but so has my confidence around dental care.

Lovely ladies at reception, helped my daughter out with some bands for her braces. We're not even regular patients but they were super friendly and helpful regardless (unlike our other experience down the road) A little kindness goes a long way.

Dr Ben Tai has a great manner when dealing with his patients. He makes sure that the process is clearly explained and answers all questions in a way that is easily understood. I had a set of retainers made by Bright Smiles with their 3D laser scanner. It was a very simple and quick process and much more enjoyable than the usual process where they take a mould. My appointment was on the Monday and my retainers were ready for collection on Wednesday. They also gave me the 3D printed model of my teeth in case I needed to get retainers made again at a later date.The clinic was comfortable and Dr Tai was very friendly and happy to explain everything that he was doing. He seems like he genuinely enjoys his work and helping his patients.
