Thank god for Joe (CBD REMOVALS) I had booked CBD MOVERS and the communication from them was not great, they advised of a $100 deposit to be made but was not in any writing, i do not trust CBD MOVERS. I found Joe’s number (CBD REMOVALS) by accident and so lucky i did. I called joe a day before my moving date in a panic & he managed to be so kind to fit me in. Look forward to doing business with you Joe. Thanks in advance. Real top bloke. A-shame that such a great business gets mixed up for a scamming unprofessional business/service.

THIS FIRM IS A SCAM - DO NOT BOOK! They’re not even worth one star.They did not provide me a receipt or proof of purchase and are now threatening me with court proceedings if I don’t pay them more money.Customer service is unresponsive and don’t speak English. Both times I’ve spoken on phone with them, they have hang up on me.The “removalist” were incompetent and would have taken several hours had I not carried more that the two grown men. One of them had done just one job prior, and the other just came to the country 3 weeks ago. I caught them hanging out and doing nothing several times during the day.They started taking my bags and boxes one by one with the lift and loading the truck starting with the fragile items. I had to coordinate the whole job.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!

We had booked the other terrible CBD movers and they were as atrocious as all these misplaced reviews say. However CBD removals came to our rescue at the last minute and really saved our butts. Cannot recommend them enough, straight up, hard working and great guys. unlike CBD Movers

Sharing a 5 star review after a horrible experience with CBD MOVERS who I can see you are copping all of their bad reviews.This company is not CBD movers and should not be treated as such. I wish we had given them a go.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND SLOW.I booked CBD Removalists to arrive at 9am due to my son being at school however they arrived at 2pm AND DID NOT start working until 3:30pm. They stood infront of their truck for an hour before moving anything at all. The people that arrived for removals were NOT equipped for the move. They did not have bubble wrap, packing tape or ropes, Actually ridiculous. I’ve booked removalists on air tasker that do x100 better job for half the cost. The guys that came were the size of me and I’m 5”2 49kg, they struggled moving items and did everything SO SLOW. They finished at 12am, I had to put my son into a hotel because of their delay which costed me even more, they broke my washing machine and also misplaced my cushions from co co republic.The worst company to deal with ever. They even stopped moving furniture at 10pm with 1 truck left informing me I had to pay the invoice before they move anything else. After making a complaint and asking to speak to their boss they responded with “our company is closed now” UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. Disgusting, I had to negotiate to pay them $2000 cash for them to continue moving my furniture. BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.Unprofessional - CBD Removals must pay a lot for their SEO strategy and google ads because their motto of being Sydney’s best is nothing but FAKE NEWS.

Not so great services.1. Arrived late2. Damage to the lift and I had to pay fines to settle that.3. Damage to the wall and I am still struggling to settle the Bond because of that.Overall, facing stress because of poor quality services.

I had a terrible experience with CBD Removalist. Their customer service was non-existent as they failed to call me to give an estimated arrival time. When they arrived, they claimed to not be aware of the stairs on my property, which they had asked about during the booking process. They then demanded an extra $100 for this inconvenience.The movers were extremely slow, wasting time on the phone and smelling horribly. My wife and parents were almost sick from the smell. What was supposed to take 4-5 hours ended up taking 7 hours. To make matters worse, they broke the legs on my new table and denied responsibility.When it came time to pay, they tried to charge me an extra $60 for heavy items, which I was not made aware of beforehand. Overall, I would not recommend CBD Removalist to anyone. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I regret choosing them for my move.

I moved from Como last week. At first all was going well until I found my microwave and a bag containing household items were missing. The microwave had been left at the property BUt the bag and items were missing, not at either address. I questioned the driver without success so rang Sydney where I was provided with an inaccurate address to make my complaint. DONT USE THEM

Absolutely disgraceful service, quoted and given a certain price and then when they arrived they gave me a completely different price, was double the original quote, I had no option but to cancel my move, absolute scamsters. DO NO TRUST THEM FOR YOUR MOVE.
