Where to start!! From the initial call we were treated with professionalism and kindness. I needed to appointment for my son, and it was definitely an emergency. They were able to fit us in the same day, an hour of the call the appt was booked. The dentist and her assistant were so understanding about the situation and made him feel comfortable. My son doesn’t like needles, as most I am sure but he has a fear of needles and handled the situation very well thank you to the way he was treated. I can recommend them to my family and friends and encourage anyone in need of dental work or just a check up to book an appointment.Thank you, see you again in January.

Dentist Denise and her assistant are awesome and very thorough with their work. Had such a great, pain free experience and just the best customer service and after care. They took me in as an emergency appointment, and had to perform an emergency root canal very late in the evening. They are extremely dedicated to helping their clients.

Great experience! The team always make you feel welcome and they genuinely care about you (and your teeth). Had to get a root canal done and also had my wisdom teeth removed - the process and professionalism was excellent. Dr Nisha and Dr Ramesh talked me through the whole process and offered options that would suit my budget. Now my whole family comes to this dentist and they all love it!

I had a fear of dentist for most of my adult life due to some rough treatment when I was a teenager. I had only been to two other dentists during my adult years and wasn’t really happy with either one. The team at western Sydney smiles have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am very comfortable during my treatments. I was so pleased with their personable approach, professionalism and their gentleness while working on my teeth that for the last 3+ years I have been coming in not just when in pain or discomfort but also for 6monthly checkups/cleans. I Also bring my two young daughters in for their 6 months checkups/cleans and they never complain of being scared or uncomfortable or in pain. Best team of dentists !!!!

The Team are so supportive and empathetic especially around anxiety with visiting the dentist! Life saver Dentist, tooth ache early hours Saturday morning, kept taking pain killers for too long not working- turned up 8 am opening time Sat got me booked in, honest, professional female dentist, did X-rays & not tooth extraction as I thought, was gum treatment instead tooth saved & not that expensive ( under $300) AfterPay too -God Bless this dentist

Is there a minus star??? They are rude,arrogant, highly over priced and will put you in a lot of pain. Had 12 teeth removed in one go, felt every one being removed, given no pain killers or antibiotics to fight off infections, stuffed my mouth with wadding, still bleeding profusely, pushed out the door & was charged extra for a cleaning of one tooth which was already in the pricing of my original quote.So if you want to get ripped off be my guest, but my advice is run away as fast as you can!!!!!!! Oh and thank you for the courtesy that you DID NOT MAKE to see if I was ok the next day, so unprofessional you should be struck off the dentistry register for unprofessional conduct bloody theifs!!!!!

An amazing dental clinic! The entire team, ranging from the dentists to the reception staff, are all very caring and understanding. They provide a great service - would highly recommend.

This dental surgery is very modern and clean and the staff are very friendly . The dentists are very good and their rates are very reasonable .If you look very tired and they are running behind , they'll offer you a coffee or tea . 5 stars to them .
