Honestly one of the nicest meals, service and dining experiences we have ever had and we eat out a lot! The food was sensational, with such fresh produce and the service was exceptional. We were made too feel so welcome, and the ambiance was so stunning sitting around the central fire place. Everything about BOMA was spectacular and I will be telling everyone to go here on there way through to Mt Buller!!

We had a stunning meal in this delightful restaurant. It's got such a special vibe, the food is exceptional - with a special mention of the mussels currently on the menu - wow they were good. Can't wait for the next visit.

Great place for a nice relaxing meal. Local produce done well, home made bread is excellent. We shared a beef carpaccio and tuna, fresh, light and tasty, the olive oil was sublime. We shared a baby back ribs and rosti, my partner had the apple tartin. Areas of improvement would be to have more local wines and service was friendly but a little inconsistent. Apart from that we'll be back the next time we're in town.

This is a seriously good restaurant, the equivalent of some of the best. It is owned and run by locals, and they know what they are doing. The pork ribs were the best I have ever had - anywhere. The share plates are well conceived and very tasty. We had the pork ribs, lamb rump, zucchini fritters, flat head fish cake, the sourdough, and the wonderful roast potatoes. It was all washed down by a fine bottle of red from Indigo near Beechworth. The whole evening was sensational, and I would recommend this place to any follower of good food.

Boma is a unique place - the building itself is fascinating. We were greeted with a selection of interesting cocktails before enjoying an outstanding dinner. It's worth trying to get there early to enjoy the view and setting. The whole experience was well worth the effort.

A bit pricey ($62 for butterflied trout) but I don't mind if it means staff are being properly paid. Calamari was excellent. The house riesling was dull. Desserts were good.

Excellent food and services. The unique wood fired food were delicious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Interior was also very warm and welcoming. The only thing I could fault was that the toilet seat came off but I'm sure it's easily fixed :)

Very reluctantly posting this review, for purely selfish reasons, I’m not really good at sharing. The meal was amazing, our hostess was delightful, beautiful atmosphere , very reasonable wine list and cocktails to die for. Can’t wait to come back.
