I highly recommend if you are going to fix or service your own car etc to go to Burson .they will make sure you get the right parts every time .I have had huge drama going to other well known stores as there young guys and don't have the experience as the staff at burson.this company supplies a huge amount mechanical work shops and know there stuff .they will look up your registration number and youl get exactly what your after ever time . outstanding .

Constantly either giving me the wrong part, or wrong information. Called about boot struts, apparently they didn't have them but Berwick did. Drove to Berwick, for them to say that they have bonnet struts not boot struts. Second time.Absolutely useless.

Guys know their stuff at bursons ..will go the extra mile for ya.some things are fairly priced others are very expensive.but I recommend this place for quality replacement parts and tools .good for trades people

Been here a few times before and got ok service. Today though asked a simple question, guy looked puzzled, the phone rang, he picked it up, then started a conversation without even looking at me. I left!I work in retail, the most important customer is the one you are talking too, NOT the 'phone.
