One of the best group training facilities I’ve ever been to! Staff are extremely educated and friendly! The good vibes are so contagious! The showers/ change rooms are so beautifully done! Definitely would recommend ☺️

Fitstop Idalia has a great crew who are always happy to see you, welcome you with open arms and encourage you to push just the right amount.Facilities are clean and well looked after, and it really helps having the ability to bring your little ones along.The people who attend are also pretty awesome. There’s a lot of team work at Fitstop so it’s nice to be sweating it out with good people.Every session is hard work, but also fun and with lots of feel good vibes.

This is a one stop shop for all your fitness needs. The infrastructure is very good but the best part about this place is their trainers. They are very knowledgeable and ever so supportive. No matter what shape or size you are, they never let you feel out of place. They push you enough to make it a little uncomfortable so that you can achieve what you want to, but also know when to stop.Have been an active member since they started and would highly recommend them to everyone who wants to either improve their lifestyle or smash some fitness goals!

As a mum trying to return back into fitness, Fitstop has been a supportive environment! Great hours, trainers and community feel. Every week is different. Their challenge series are also great at holding me accountable and tracking progress. Looking forward to the next session!
