Talked me into sns, ive been an acrylic girl since h.s. was a great choice, look amazing lasted the hard work of our camping trip

I am so so disappointed with my experience here. I spent a lot of money in the shop for 3 people, being myself and my daughter's. I expected professionalism and quality and instead my nails were rushed after waiting almost an hour for our booked appointment. My daughter's nails are amazing but I'm extremely upset with mine. They are uneven and look like I could have done them at home. Actually in tears from this.

Will not be going back. The lady rushed my finger nails and didn’t take care and shellack wasn’t properly dry when I left. My daughters shellack started falling off after one week on her finger nails, same happened on my toe nails. Would not recommend

I was over charged instead of $35.00 I was charged $50.00. I went back and said I thought I had been overcharged but was told I asked for Shellac polish which was untrue. If the lady had just apologized and said it was an honest mistake I would have said I understand and would have walked away happy. But no she started on that it was my fault I ask for this specific product and made me feel very awkward. So beware. The good thing is there are other salons so I dont have to go back.

The staff were extremely rude. I had no appointment and waited for 30 minutes when I asked how much longer it was.. and if it may be easier for me to come back possibly in the morning.. she kept talking over me... Huffed and puffed all round just stroppy... You could see the other staff members were embarrassed by her attitude as well anotheras customer.. another two ladies also waiting walked out after me...just totally and utterly disgusting..

Really disappointed. Booked for 3 pedicures. Three quarters of an hour late. Not advised of delay. Eventually 2 of us seated in chairs and still a long wait. We asked for massage chair to be turned on but not permitted until they started the pedicure. After expressing my disappointment. I was rushed and staff were abrupt. Paid Top dollar. I definately would not recommend. Understaffed ...... Could have helped if rules about massage seat could have been relaxed to make us more comfortable.......

My daughter and I get our nails done here, love that we can just walk in and not have to wait or make an appointment. Best manicure and pedicure I've had done, they don't rush like other places!

Absolutely awful experience. My two nieces got SNS with tips, one got charged $80 as she got Ombré colour on hers, other one got normal colour but also got charged $80. When questioned the owner said oh it’s wrong I will give you $15 credit. (Still paid more than original price) 8 out of the 10 nails snapped off within a few days. Went back and got told they are not responsible for this and why didn’t they come back the day after (couldn’t come back in to town at that time). Said we would have to pay to get them all fixed and walked off very rudely. Already overcharged we asked for them to be taken off which so generously they did and didn’t charge us. We will NEVER go back again, first time this has happened and we have all been getting nails done for a very long time. Very very unprofessional. I will be spreading the word to.

Abrupt staff, no customer interaction. $40 for what I could have done myself in my caravan. If this is what Albany has.to offer I feel sorry for you ladies. Thank goodness I'm only travelling thru as definately will not be back.

These girls are fantastic! The nails always look awesome but more importantly their customer service is friendly and they treat you like a friend! Never takes long and value for money! I highly recommend xxx
