I purchased a set of Ethic Calypso wheels online from My Scooter Labs website. I purchased on Monday and the wheels arrived at my house in Brisbane today (Wednesday).Roy followed up with a call to ensure the delivery went well.These guys have fantastic customer service, a wide range of products, great price and crazy fast delivery.I highly recommend this shop and will purchase from them again in the future.

This place is amazing - heaps of stock, even close to Christmas with delivery to Brisbane in a matter of days. Really enjoyed my experience with Scooter Lab (easy to use website also), and I will be buying from here again for sure!

My son at the time was 9, and purchased a Root Industry Scooter. The customer service from this place was absolutely fantastic. They let my son try a few scooters out, to ride outside the shop. Very honest and trustworthy. Will definitely be back. Thanx very much. And my son still loves his scooter.

I'm so glad I chose My Scooter Lab to purchase a scooter for my son's 12th birthday.Roy was so helpful in explaining everything to me.I'm 42 and have no bloody idea!! HahaIt's a long drive for me from Brisbane, but I can tell you when we need some accessories or parts I'll be making the drive.So happy with my experience with both Roy and My Scooter Lab.I highly recommend

We took our scooter into Scooter Lab after getting a puncture on our ride into Coolangatta. The lovely and very helpful Roy spent over 3 hours of his time trying to help us get back on the road (as we carry a spare tube with us for this exact situation) but when Roy got the tyre off we found the tube was the wrong size. Roy went above and beyond trying to get the tube to work (as we were told it would as it was supplied to me personally by the scooter importer). The scooter importer even came down to the shop personally to try and help. Unfortunately it was to no avail as after 5 mins of leaving the shop the tyre went flat. Regardless, we can’t thank Roy enough for his time, as he was under no obligation to help us. Thanks Roy! You were an absolute gem.
