Express Cuts

Disgusting and Extremely rude..I witnessed who was the owner I presume abuse and bully a customer for not wearing a mask even though they tried explaining they were exempt due to a condition.This was in front of my children, customers and their children, this woman needs to be educated on customer service and get off her high horse better still hopefully she falls off it.I will never set foot in her store and will warn others not to either...

I go here regularly for hair cuts as they are cheap and I feel do a good job. I am happy with anyone who's available although my mum also goes there and requests a particular person. Love the fact that apps are not always necessary, especially for those who just need a trim or something else easy. But if you don't make one you just have to be prepared to wait at least 15 mins. They always seem to be well-staffed and the shop has a lovely atmosphere about it with some intriguing decorations on the wall.

Went for what I thought would be a hair cut but I got one side being a different length than the other and the front too long hair left around my right ear and expected to pay 30 for a rubbish job. Went to a different place later in the day and they was shocked at the job and happily fixed it up... definitely would never recommend anyone to go here

I was told that I had to wait outside while my (disabled) client got their hair cut, despite waiting in line and being courteous to their limit of the amount of people inside at once.The way I was told that I was unwelcome was un-professional and belittling.I used to get my hair cut here but after this I won't be going back unless a client requests this hairdressers.

I don't even want to give this business one star, how can you run a business, when you yell and look down at your customers.The lady today talked to me like i was nothing, looked at me in disgust, like i was the one being rude.I do understand what busy is, i also work in retail, but if you don't have the patience to serve your paying customers, you need to leave and take your silly black hair band with you.

Wouldn't go there . They cut my sister's hair four different lengths just on a trim . She went back 5 mins later after showing me I was in reject shop next door . Her hair was half way down her back ended up being shoulder length . My sister was an Adult .

Got a very bad service from the Asian lady that cut my hair! Didnt smile at all,very impatient if she spoke at all and the worst thing she cut me with her clippers and didnt even apologise!!!She handed me a tissue to wipe a bit of blood, yes there was blood and I was really nervous when she was on the other side.It was the most stressful haircut I have ever had and I didnt even like how it turned out! Lady,get some help, dont work with people if you dont like people, get some training in customer service. I hope management reviews her performance, unless she is management The other 2 hairdressers were nice enough to their customers, I saw them in action as I was waiting.

Absolutely ridiculous what kind of hairdressers don't know how to cut hair. The first cut looked like my son had a bowl cut wasn't even close to what we asked for I do not recommend them at all never will I go back. Also extremely rude
