I felt rushed not listened to or heard regarding styles or colours, even though colour was nicely done not exactly what i asked forBurnt my head numerous times either from water in basin being too hot or hairdryer being way too close to my scalpI know they have a business to run but for the amount of money i was charged a bit of extra care and attention to detail would be expected.Better customer care and advise on hair care afterwards would of been nice too

It’s always very daunting moving to a new area and finding a hairdresser to settle in. The team at Shenanigans were amazing. They lightened my hair to hide the greys, meaning I could go further between visits and the result was wonderful. I bought a well priced straightener and they’ve even offered to teach me how to curl my hair myself in the salon using it. Great service, no long waiting times, reasonably priced and the cut/style that I left in the hairdressers hands is just what Id hoped for. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
