I started seeing the team at BodySmart after experiencing lower back pain due to working at a desk job. Exercise physiologist Brandon took me through a thorough initial consult where I felt supported and confident in the exercise plan ahead. The combination of strength training and reformer Pilates have significantly improved my lower back pain, posture and overall strength.Excellent facilities, equipment, and parking. A great, positive environment with highly professional clinicians

We started with Keaton at BodySmart Beenleigh and saw such success for our son.
