I've used them before... and they usually do good work. This part time though... not so much. Firstly they took over a week to do something they said would take a few days. Then they left my interior light on and killed my battery. They also had to put a part on while I was waiting for them to jump start my car that they forgot. And I've noticed work marks on the new paint. They left something on they l the last time they worked on another car too. Not sure if it is new manganese but this is not good.

Repair works are fine but the attention to detail is lacking I have loose trim pieces and the roof racks were not tightened as well as being told the car would be ready Friday afternoon only to show up and find out it wouldn’t be ready until Monday

Unprofessional staff, intentionally kept quite on the balance cost of the repair when they assessed and when they received the car, I thought it was all covered by the insurance company. On the discharge, they refused to hand the car keys until the full balance is paid. They refused to contact or use their hotline with the insurer to rectify the mistake or help in solving the matter.
