Recently I had a high priority need to have both the sewage and stormwater rehabilitated on my property, both of which were causing significant problems. It was a Sunday afternoon when I called Reed and to my surprise someone actually picked up the phone. (This is unlike a lot of other 24/7 numbers which simply ask you to leave a number and wait for a return call). After I explained the problem I was having, arrangements were made to attend my property the next day. As it turned out most of the works required were in difficult and inaccessible areas. So it was decided to use pipe relining technology for minimal disruption to the site. Kevin attended my property to facilitate the works – I found him to be both friendly, focused, and hardworking, and determined to get a resolution to a series of difficult problems. And importantly, to make sure that I was really happy with the outcome of the restoration, Kevin unhesitatingly offered to return at any time and attend to any issues should they arise and were still of a concern to me.

We had an excellent experience with Reed Plumbing when we needed to replace our Hot Water Unit. They came on the same day and Julian provided excellent service. A really lovely guy and wasn't bothered at all about my kids asking him 500 billion questions (they thought he was ace!)! Also did an excellent and professional job of the hot water system changeover, including taking away everything from the old system. So great to have hot water running again within hours of me calling! Highly recommend Reed for your plumbing needs!

I priced other plumbers for this work, and Reed’s were significantly more reasonably priced. They showed up on time, and there was no mucking around, straight on to fixing the problem!
