Our first time needing this type of service. However the staff were patient, explaining the difference in the range of models on the floor. And, I believe, we got value for our money.

Great to go to a place where the staff are more interested in the person than making a buck out of you. Their expertise in electric wheelchairs is second to none. They are more than willing to take the time to help.

Knowing there are places like this that can help in the aid of any, and all kinds of disabilities, it is a sure comfort to the needs of the disabled and their carer's. With the functionality and utilisation of their products, this store has not only the basic utilities, but also products you didn't realise people would need. From mobile tables to adjustable beds, and items that would make life easier for all the carer's. They will also help carer's with suggestions and locations where they could get hygiene products for the aged with disabilities.

Really great people. A technician (Matt) came to our house and did everything in his power to make sure that we were as comfortable as possible. He really went above and beyond without question.

Worst customer service. Rented an item until 26 December. Was told to email by 29 December (given the public holidays) to return item that week. Emailed on 21 December and response was that I have two options, return 2 days early on 24th with no credit because it's only 2 days"

Pretty pathetic really. It took about 2 months of emails to obtain a new shower stool to replace the one I had which had rusted out in only about 12 months. After complaining to another person, the stool became available for pick up the next day. I thought great, this other person got things moving, only to receive an email from this person to say a new stool would arrive next week, ie nearly a month after I received the replacement. I think there must be a distinct lack of communication in this company and certainly not very helpful in communicating with their customers.
