Visited on their wine and Pizza night. Very laid back atmosphere. Being a tourist it was a lovely opportunity to meet the locals and get a feel for the area around. Pizza was so yummy and a decent size. Showed a screening of some of the relevant issues pertaining to the area which was interesting even for the locals who saw some young faces they recognized. Lovely atmosphere. Disappointed I'm not staying longer or would have enjoyed seeing a movie.

It’s a sweet Art Deco theater. It’s nice if you go to Queenstown to visit this little art galleries and museum to support locals.Like this theater, the payment will help fund the restoration.

Delightful old theatre fully restored, showing old movies. They provide meals, pasta only, and it’s pretty average, but the beer is cold and reasonably priced. If you are lucky enough to get a good movie, (Charade was on the week before), you can snuggle up on a lounge with blanket provided. A great experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Staff were friendly and efficient, lovely in fact. The pasta was beautiful! My partner had the chorizo and i the salmon, which were both delicious and very filling. Prices very reasonable/cheap. The movie, An Affair To Remember, was fantastic and it was the best date night in years.

A wonderful afternoon was had Jo was extremely accommodating we watched Breakfast at Tiffanys with an afternoon tea intermission. Jo gave a lovely talk on the history of the theatre. I hear really good things about the evenings held there too. As it is a big old building I would highly recommend rugging up but don't let a bit of cold spoil a wonderful atmosphere ;)Queenstown is lucky to have such inspirational people in the town
