Never answer the phone, not helpful at all, extremely rude and absolutely useless website. Would have better luck getting through to the ATO.

Customer service is not great cup of tea at Spirit Super, neither the investment returns and to make matter worse, it had a serious data breach where hackers know all your details and you'll be bombarded with lot more junk emails. In year 2022, negative return is hard to swallow comparted to leading superannuation fund.

Spirit Super had a serious data breach last month where personal details of 52000 members were stolen by hackers. Aside from advising members of the breach, there has been no follow up of the consequential tsunami of spam email that is now appearing in members’ mailboxes. Personal requests for assistance and advice to Spirit Super has been ignored. As fast as I’m blocking the spammers another 100 or so takes their place. Not good enough - the security lapse OR the follow up!!

Been with tasplan since 2008 the most helpful friendly and patient staff imaginable, nobody does super better and now they have merged it will only mean good things. Thank you Spirit Super keep up the good work!!

Tasplan supports unethical investments that are damaging the greater Hobart community.Tasplan is an owner of Hobart Airport, a business that profits from residents being subjected to appaling new flight paths.Do not support this fund it is harming people.

This is the worst Tasmania company ever.Rude and obnoxious Tasmania employees.I have never been treated as bad as the actions by this horrendous company, ever.Plus your super will go nowhere with them.
