I found my experience very disappointing. I purchased a dress full price for over $400 and specifically asked the sales person if I could return the dress if the fit wasn’t right, it was a very warm day and I was pressed for time. I was assured it was a full price item and I had 14. Days to return it. 2 days later I tried to return the dress, as I handed over the purchase the woman commented I was in formed of the return policy I said yes full price return within 14 days. She then informed me but only for a store credit. I said no I wasn’t told that and there was no signage at the pos to inform me. She then said she was there and I was informed, when I queried this and told her I was with a friend she held up the receipt with a smell on her face pointing to tiny print and said it was on the docket.I believe if you are unwilling to give a full refund this should be displayed at POS so that the customer is aware.Very unsatisfactory shopping experience will never shop there again an considering contacting fair trading,Sad that I have to give one star.

Love this place. My partner loves the clothes and jewellery Natalie has to offer. unique pieces of fashion and the service is also friendly and great.

Hi - I had to sign in as Roger, but I just wanted to tell you how much I love my new skirt - 'The Botanist and his Jaguar'. I am a sewer so I really appreciate how special this garment is. I have put chunky piping cord into hems but whatever you put in works better. I can't wait to start accessorising it.thank you SO much
