Great customer service! Really easy to book in. Called and gave us updates on the works. Got permission from us before proceeding with any extra works. Invoice broken down clearly so we knew what had been done. Easy contactless payment when works were completed. 5 out of 5 stars!

Moving from Sydney and away from my mechanic was going to be a challenge trying finding a mechanic in the area that trustworthy. So I Took my Ute here to NCL Mechanical Dapto for a service and a pink slip for the first time by Nathan and tell you what, the reviews ain’t wrong about this place. Great customer service from the get go, very professional and reasonable price 100%. Nathan put in extra work to make sure it passes, even though it wasn’t part of the service but he did it. Thanks again Nathan and team for your great work. Very happy..!!!
