Clean room, great service from desk staff. We also enjoy the afternoon swiming in the pool .Bristo located in same area also great for beer or dinner after your long day .you getting discount if you are hotel guests.

My husband and I, after choosing a lot, went to spend Christmas Eve at the Night Cup, by the way, very good for the photos! until we reached the hotel reception when, we were very poorly attended by the receptionist Amanda, we asked her if there was a bathtub in the room, because, in the hotel advertisement they show us a bathtub, which we thought our room would have one, however, with a large Grudgingly, the employee Amanda told us that the hotel did NOT have a bathtub, I showed her the advertisement photo of the room with the bathtub and she ended up telling us that there were two rooms with a bathtub, but that they were already occupied. unfortunately, the employees are not prepared and are not qualified to serve customers, as they lack education. The only polite person in the place was the cleaner, who by the way was very polite and friendly! If you have babies or small children, it will be very difficult to heat a bottle because there is not even a microwave available in the entire hotel, and when we went to look for a kitchen, everything was already closed at 9 pm and there was no employee in the place. To our surprise, the next day, when we went to enjoy the pool, we found that it was not available for use! We chose this hotel for the bathtub, the pool, and the comfort we expected because of the photos, in short, the hotel is only good in the photos, I felt deceived and extremely sad.

Absolutely would recommend staying here Staff are wonderful. Full hot and cold buffet breakfast which is included in the price with a free welcomed drink . My brother was in hospital not well at all. Staff where so accommodating and so understanding Thank you Michael the manager for going the extra mile with a later check out time in fact thank you to the whole team. The meals from the hotel were excellent and a fantastic price One tap and have them deliver your dinner to the door of your motel room if you wish which was very convenient. 10/10 overall Will definitely be backThanks againSandra & Jude Room 46

Nice pub, friendly and honest staff.Ordered a double on lamb cutlets and was charged for two meals, which was fair enough. After sitting at my table awaiting my food to come the shift manager approached me and offered a refund of $6 as I only wanted 3 more cutlets not an entire 2nd meal. To me, this is honesty something pretty rare in public businesses today.Thank you.

I wish it was possible to give this pub less than one star. It smelled so bad in the bistro area we had to go sit outside - like a combination of stale beer and smoke and boiled potatoes. In the outdoor no smoking area it smelled like smoke, and half of it was taped off as “dangerous”. They also lost our drink order (made on the app to avoid going back inside), and then refused to make it. The bathrooms at least smelled better than the rest of the venue and were clean, though most of the toilet seats were old and manky and in need of replacement. Weirdest most awful pub I’ve been to in a very long time.

We had dinner here because of discounted meals offered by Nightcap at Archer Hotel where we stayed. The restaurant seemed a little understaffed as it took a while for them to take orders at the counter and serve the food. The food was average but the portions were decent.

I have stayed at the Archer hotel for 4 nights on a work trip and have eaten in the dining room each night. The meals have been delivered quickly, have been fresh and hot. From the Avocado schnitzel, to the 2 nights of scotch fillet with seafood topping, pork ribs and satay chicken skewers, it has all been delicious. The staff have been friendly and the continental breakfast has been nice. I didn't bother with getting a hot breakfast but the additional $7 is very reasonable. The beds are very soft and for the first time ever I think that they are a bit too soft. I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Excellent customer service from all staff. Bed & pillows where super comfy. Room was a reasonable size and extremely clean. Enjoyed the delicious hot complimentary breakfast that we hadn't expected and the bottled water. Loved the discount on the hotel next door for our dinner and what more can I say but yes we pinched the pen it has the perfect saying on it.
