Having read their website description, it seemed this business would be suitable for our fortnightly full house clean. I was clear I wanted our home cleaned, but that’s not what happened.First sign of concern was the quote, which was given over the phone based on a description of the home, bedrooms and bathrooms. Then they charged us a premium price for the ‘first clean.’Next concern was the late arrival of the ‘team.’Three people arrived in a marked company car. Only one spoke English, so providing direction to the others as they entered each room was not possible.Here’s the list of what was NOT done for our $140, one hour clean:Window ledges in master bedroom not dustedTop of master bed not dustedConditioner stains still on outside of shower in second bathroomTV and stand not dusted in master bedroomTallboy not dusted in master bedroomPictures in master bedroom not dustedPictures not dusted in hallwaySide tables not dusted in guest bedroomTheatre room not dustedWindow ledges in theatre room not dustedBlack drawers on top of bathroom bench in main bathroom not dustedIt’s one thing quoting cheap to get the work, but at least do the work! I utilised this cleaning service in September 2022. I paid for a vacate clean for a house that I had just bought and was about to move into, while it was still empty.My house was not cleaned properly and the cleaners (2 women who did not speak English) were not professionally trained, using incorrect products and materials. The cleaner poured the dirty water from my garage onto the road and the stain it left as it travelled to the drain lasted for weeks until the rain eventually washed it away. When I had the cleaners back to re-do parts of the clean, they were extremely rude and ended up damaging the trivets on my stove and didn’t actually clean anything I asked to be re-cleaned (including soap scum I pointed to that only needed to be wiped!). I believe it was mostly due to the language barrier that the cleaner thought I was being completely unreasonable, as her son had to help us communicate. I was yelled at and accused of having unrealistic expectations and it wasn’t a very nice experience for any of us. Jason was very very difficult to deal with, only negotiating a solution with me after I threatened to contact consumer protection. He refunded the cost of 1 trivet and $100 and so I still paid $270 I could not afford for a service I didn’t receive. I also later realised that 2 trivets were permanently damaged, not just one, leaving me further out of pocket. I also spent time over about 10 days cleaning the house myself. I am only posting this review now as when all this was going on my Mum was in hospital, dying, and this was an added stress I didn’t need and left me extremely upset.
