My car was previously owned by a smoker. It has a light coloured interior and was badly nicotine stained. It needed a thorough deep steam cleaning, ie not just a regular clean. I booked in with A1 detailing to have it done at my home. Dennis arrived on time and I showed him all the issues with the car, including the nicotine stains and lingering cigarette smell (still smelled after six months of owning the car).The result afterwards was amazing. All the stains had been removed and it looked great! Also, Dennis had run his ozone machine in the car for 30 minutes to remove the lingering cigarette smell, and the smell was now gone. I've gone from having a smelling nicotine stained car to almost as good as new. Absolutely amazing result.
