6 weeks to get my vacuum back. Called each week to find out what's happening, back log. Took 4 weeks to call and get my permission to fix the problem. Another 2 weeks to get back. I had no vacuum. Couldn't help me with that. Was told the day I took it in it would be 2 weeks max. Got it home, dead flat, have to wait the three hours for a proper charge....

Had a lovely time speaking with Daniel and looking at a vacuum that was just right for me. He explained everything and let me have fun testing the vacuums. He has a nice relaxed style and knows his stuff. Came down on a Sunday afternoon.

I would like to praise a young man by the name of Tyler, who was good enough to keep the store open until 5.50pm after closing. Tyler was most helpful in demonstrating how to use a carpet cleaning machine and was in no hurry to rush me through. His customer service was excellent, and Godfreys should be proud of this young man to be in their employ.Thank you Tyler.

Excellent customer service went to Osbourne park shop after being messed around by Bunnings. The new young lady was fantastic. The boss was awesome. Gave me great deal. Very nice people to deal with. Message for Bunnings. White goods . Is not a carpet cleaner. ? Godfrey's are onto it. Cheers guys.

I was promised delivery in less than a week - and a phone call. No phone calls - 1 month later I went into the store and was told that the other staff should have told me it takes more than a month to get goods from Melbourne to Perth (Really) - no apology and a tedious refund process. Walked across the road, and purchased the same item off the shelf. So much for supporting local small business.
