This store needs an overhaul and actual management. We ordered x2 sinple meals. What a complete waste of time. Nobody seemed to know what was happening with my partners burger so after 15 mins of waiting we ended up with a refund. On top of this the staff didn't even seem to know what our order included even though it was displayed on their screen and tried to short-change us. The person making my partners burger wasn't wearing gloves, which to me is a health concern. Additionally one of the staff members had somehow sabotaged the PA system making inappropriate remarks. The store was very dirty; straw and napkins weren't refilled and seemed like the manager couldn't control the staff who seemed to be swearing which customers could overhear. Overall will will think twice before stopping here again.

Staff were friendly and drive thru was busy but efficient. Food was surprisingly expensive and underwhelming. Some menu items not available as the machine was broken. I was given four soft drinks (but no tray) to drive home alone with, good test of driving with one finger on everything. Never again.

Stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes before I was acknowledged and served. Too much attention was given to drive through and the self order system. I was looked at a couple of times but no one acknowledged if I wanted to order. Nobody was serving at the counter. The only time staff came to the counter was to yell out an order number. Very poor service and interpersonal skills by the staff. If I could give a zero score I would.

Went in this morning and the first port of call was the ladies restroom. I have seen cleaner and better maintained bathrooms in third world countries. It was absolutely disgusting. Then it was on to ordering food. The young gentleman who served us had the personality of an angry tortoise, but after watching three other team members interacting with customers I realised he was not alone, no one working there has any desire to build a relationship with anyone who dares enter their hallowed turf. I actually felt guilty while eating my hastily assembled, poorly wrapped breakfast burger.I may be wrong, but maybe that was the team challenge of the day? The first one to smile is the loser?So I am writing this review to apologise to the staff for having the audacity of interrupting your day, I have walked away feeling awful that you had to serve us. I can tell how painful it is for all of you, and I will never, ever do it again.

Bit of a problem with cleaning which I thought was important in these now living with covid daysWe had a lady sat next to us who was a former employee of said shop but at another locationSaying if her manager Had seen their store like this she would have been fired it's just not a good look and I use this outlet a lot as it is close to me

They get it right most of the time. McDonald’s in the centre of town is much quicker and fresher. The long waits often occurred at the Vasse McDonald’s can be quite frustrating. I was in the drive through for over 30 minutes last Thursday 22/12. I know they are trying their best but it’s a very regular occurrence to wait extended times here compared to other McDonald’s outlets

If you have a spare 25mins to spend in drive thru then this is the place for you.If you love stale, burnt food and cold chips you waited all that time for then you will love this place!Not sure where the hair nets have gone but this store for sure needs to get a box asap.Would give no stars if I couldFor a place that gets all that traffic heading out on to the highway it should be hot and presentable food.It’s garbage
