I visited the store a few times. I think Mario has great customer service. Always smiling and listening to customer needs. He even called to advise me a tea reusable cup arrived. That's customer service. Best way to retain a customer. Please higher management I think you should praise him for the good customer service.

Very unprofessional staff; me and my friends came to pick out Christmas presents for family and upon entering the store, we were ignored by staff. The first and only thing they said to us was ‘tea samples?’ in a condescending tone. We were thankful for their offer but instead they responded with ‘we don’t do that here.’ Feeling embarrassed and awkward, my friends and I left the store. After we left, my other friend overheard them scoffing and rolled their eyes, mocking us, stating how we were ‘typical customers’. I have never experienced any kind of treatment like this and we are extremely disappointed.

Which are really worth having at home in order to please the soul every day!I also like the friendly atmosphere in your stores. Salespeople are cultured and responsive.Your seller professionally advised me on the product today at DFO. I was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge of the various tea on the shelves. And, you have a lot of tea!Thank you for training your staff well!T2, I always come back to you.Your cups and teapots are mesmerizing. The design is incredible.Special thanks to the seller for helping me with a cup's lid. This guy got me overjoyed! Thank you very much!!! Good job!!!
