I looked a 2 companies in my area to replace carpet with floor boards on the first floor or my house (including the stairs). The prices were similar but I had a better feel about Sydney Flooring. We proceeded, and it worked out great. The quality of the tradesmen and the finished job are all first class - we couldn't be happier. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

If I could give less than one star I would. Visited the Chipping Norton showroom and waited ages for a salesperson to attend. Had to go and hunt one down. Asked to get a free measure and quote for an engineered timber floor. I filled out a form and gave all my details. I was told someone would be in touch to arrange a convenient time. Over 2 weeks later am still waiting. This company also wants 100% payment before any work is done...ludicrous. Went there 20 years ago, decided to keep well away and nothing has changed. Needless to say I have found another contractor to lay the floor...

This is the second floor that Sydney Flooring has installed for me, and if I had to do another I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. Their workmanship is outstanding - Kris, the installer we have used on both occasions, is a master of his craft and we get constant comments from friends about the quality and look of the floor. Daniel is a pleasure to deal with - flexible, accommodating, customer focussed and very experienced - providing sound and practical advice regarding the best approach and solutions.
