Uniqwa was recommend by our designer. The deliveries were split- their fault but they charged freight for each delivery without informing us prior that the deliveries will be split. Then one of the coffee tables became mouldy when placed on carpet and made the new rug mouldy. Their response was ‘don’t put it on carpet’. Err how about you get the timber dry before you deliver it. No refund for a poor quality product. A ruined rug. A useless credit issue minus the $115 collection fee!! ??Save your money. Really arrogant.

We went to the warehouse clearance and purchased two casual chairs that were brand new. My husband sat on one of them the day after we bought them and one of the chair’s leg cracked. We expected to have something that last for more than one day. As it was clearance sale no refund or credit can be claimed. We were planning to buy more products but not anymore.

The products are stunningly beautiful, but however unfortunately some materials are not suitable for the purpose. I have bought the oversized maskeala lounge which broke just from sitting on it and I am only 70 Kg. They have replaced the item, but the second lounge broke again after a friend of mine took a seat on it.

9 months ago I purchased furniture from Uniqwa for my cafe. Their service from a pop in to their showroom all along the way to becoming a wholesale customer has been excellent. They communicate every step.of the way and delivery was easy too. The furniture gets heavy wear and tear in a busy cafe and looks perfect still. The table tops don't mark or stain and the flat pack items were not only so easy to assemble with all equipment required included and still no maintenance required. I have since gone on to purchase items for my home that are as equally great in design and quality.

I would Highly recommend Uniqwa, both there amazing collection of furniture, but more outstanding was the customer service I received. There was a slight hiccup and they went beyond to fix the issue and very promptly. Thank you again team, we are very happy customers and look forward to shopping with you again : )

Purchased one rather expensive pendant light shade (over $900 for a grass lampshade, well overpriced) but did so as informed it was in-stock and had a tight deadline. A week later we were told they could not allow us to pick it up before Christmas due to logistics at their warehouse. One lampshade... When I called and asked nicely to talk to customer service they politely said they would call me back. They then emailed and asked me not to call because they don’t deal with the public! Well the ‘public’ are your customers and they just cancelled their order. Recommend you avoid as I have since heard of similar experiences from others. Much better options out there, don’t waste your time or money :)

Our experience was highly disappointing, stressful and frustrating after hearing that Uniqwa had confirmed with the Village Store owner that they were more than satisfied that they had addressed and resolved any issues we had with the furniture from Uniqwa after an online purchase. Uniqwa sent out 2 more tables that were no better than the original table we received so we obviously were not about to accept them either. We have now been left with unrepairable/used looking legs, bolts constantly coming lose from chairs, incorrect chair heights for a counter, and a marked/chipped/bubbling table top in which they think is fine.After the Village Store owner agreed to a full refund we purchased other replacement furniture from other stores. We are now $13000 out of pocket and left with a ‘double up’ on dining furniture because the owner reneged on his agreement of a refund. We now are frantically trying to sort this out with all stores involved.We did not view these particular pieces in the Uniqwa wholesale warehouse store. We went to their store about 8 months prior to view other items in which we did not purchase and they somehow think we were in there recently viewing these items we purchased online. These people lie to suit themselves.This was the most stressful and frustrating experience we have ever encountered from a Gold Coast furniture store.

I have purchased multiple items from Uniqwa and couldn't be happier with the products and quality I have received. Their beautiful, hand made furniture is one of a kind. My favourite pieces are my two Mele Stools which I use as bed side tables with their knots, natural cracks, colour variations and overall uniqueness. Thanks Uniqwa XX

The furniture from Uniqwa collections is beautiful and we are very happy with our items. What let's you guys down was communication of delivery. We bought a number of items, one of which was damaged. We did not get any updates and had to chase you up regarding delivery dates, that changed a few times, items being out of stock" on the date date of delivery and items being forgotten about. We also found it exceptionally difficult to get hold of you
