Love love love.... what a gem in Point Cook!!! Today was my first visit to Boutique Lashes and I’m truly impressed with Rachel’s professionalism and customer service. My lashes are absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Boutique Lashes if you looking for best price, service and lashes.

I've never had so many compliments on my lashes!!! I've been able to refer 4 friends there and they have all been thrilled with the service and quality. I've also had my eyebrows tattooed and will be returning for a 'top up' when I need to.

Terrible service and work. Had my lashes done, and even though I wasn't happy with them I was rushed out the door. Sent her a message this morning as they are hurting and she is not accommodating at all. Its either come in now for a removal or too bad. Now I have to go elsewhere to remove and get another set. Not exactly something I can afford. Definitely do not recommend.Not lashing out on you. I don't get what you don't understand, I got them done last night as it was my only free time and yes I needed them done for a function on the weekend. Yes I am very busy and as alot of people are quite stressed but this doesn't take away from the fact that the lashes are just bad. Not sure if you just had a bad day or whatever but they are just not good. I have sent you multiple photos showing you the clumps I have had to pull out. There are too many lashes stuck together. Its not just about the refund its more about the quality of work, yes I am not very flexible atm as I am busy with work and family but you only giving me a 4 hour window to come and fix them is not good enough! Yes of course I am wanting more than 50% refunded because now not only do I have to remove them I have to try and find someone who can fit me in for a full set somewhere else before the weekend and I also have to fork out the cash for another full set.How sad and immature to see you have blocked me on instagram. Who is the scammer now?

Never disappointed. Rachel’s lashes are always on point. Her prices are fabulous and she is so fast I don’t have to worry about timing she is incredible. The set up is also tranquil and gorgeous xxxx

I love going here. Rachel is amazing. She is fun, bubbly and makes you feel welcomed. I have only been going here this year and she has been great. Love my lashes everytime and she is very accommodating, even when I'm annoying and keep moving my booking around. Highly recommend.

Amazing lash service! Rachel was so lovely and friendly and my lashes made my trip overseas super stress free - I looked a million dollars even after a 14 hour flight, hahaha! Booked in and looking forward to cosmetic tattooing now!!

I have been consistently going to Rachel for years and there’s nobody else I would trust with my lashes. She has provided a calm and relaxing environment and is extremely talented at what she does and can provide any type of lash look I’m after. She is always willing to fix any mistake (if there ever is any) and provides such a quick and efficient service whilst still maintaining quality, i would be silly to go anywhere else. 10/10 always
