Update: After the previous staff left, the store has been well not good, staff are mot that helpful and its seems they are there because theyhave to.Very disappointed, one of the previous staff moved to another store and the other one interstate, they were the best.One of the best ebgames store that i have been too. staff are friendly and always willing to help. Also had few price match done without any issues (obliviously other stores like jb nearby need to have then in stock)

Terrible experience in this store. Be aware because you could end up having the same terrible experience as me. You could be left wondering and distraught. Returned my still functioning console broken in that box. Do not agree to a repair if you're only having your functioning console cleaned. If they call you proposing a repair while your console is still in their possession.Make sure your console is checked for full functionality before handing it and trusting them with it. By taking video footages of it working. Like turning-it-on and going through functions and turning-it-off. Recorded on cam. As a back-up. Because you need to sign an agreement which makes the transaction agreed on in-store and approved by their staff to go ahead. Which gives them rights to let them off if they break it in the process of a repair basically. That they can claim it is irrepairable alleging your console is full of causes. That it is beyond repair.

Jess - such a wonderful person! One of the best in EB Games - been there twice and she just knows what she's doing. Very knowledgeable - friendly. 5 stars for her!

Great EB games store, very respectable and knowledgeable staff my go to workers there would be Lars and Jessica.Lars is a well informed, helpful and exceptionally efficient staff member, when I came into the store to pre-order three different games it was done quickly and he gave me some helpful information alongside my purchases.My interactions with Jessica also gave me the feeling that she's most likely a pleasant, thoughtful and affable worker there.Outstanding store, I'll definitely be visiting it again and telling friends.

My 8 year old loves this shop for obvious reasons. But what absolutely stands out is the care and attention to customer service. The staff are brilliant, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the customer's needs. They were so kind to my enthusiastic little boy, sharing his joy at discovering a rare Pokémon card in a pack he purchased there, and despite being busy, they genuinely made him feel like a celebrity. On another occasion, a staff member rewarded him for making good financial decisions (deciding to save up for a pack he really wanted rather than using his money to buy a pack he didn't really need) by gifting him a Pokémon card for his collection.I didn't get the staff members' names, unfortunately, but I've had nothing but consistently great experiences in this store, from four different staff members on three different occasions. His father reported the same when he took our son in. You make a real difference to people's days. Keep up the great work, and thank you.

A big space which could be better utilised. Impressive range of Pops, but rest of the store feels boring and does not flow coherently.

I bougth two Metal Drink Bottle (minecraft and pokemon) for my kids... and they rusted after a couple of days of use!!
