Beyond poor- terrible, don't even go there. I got abused for asking the price on a pair of gas struts. Idiot behind the counter starts moaning about you want everything for free" and I replied I didn't think they were worth what he was asking.After a couple of google searches I found a bloke who will repair them for $30 or replace for $60 instead of the $80 and "maybe tuesday" attitude i got from matey behind the counter.This is a shame as I have bought from them before

It was ok. Got the parts we need but over the phone they definitely said we can get them fitted when we come in (we were replacing a window motor and since we couldn't close it you can imagine it being urgent).After the 40min drive they gave us the parts, they stared at us blankly, so we asked can we get it fitted? You guys said you would over the phone"Our response was "Na.... Not today"Poor response to say the least. Need to work on their customer service.Edit: Here's a funny update

Bring back a radiator I bought from here (that was the wrong size). Hot day and I spent half an hour travelling each way. They found another (surprise surprise) and then want to charge me 50% more. I don't know which was worse, was it was the 50% more or that they tried to sell me a radiator that had fins that were literally crumbling when touched? Don't bother with these guys, there are plenty of wreckers in Melbourne. Maybe I should have pointed out to them that there are no pockets in shrouds.

Good customer service. Knows what you're after. Good condition parts and at an affordable price.

Rang them for a battery. Got a great price picked. It up all good I'll. Be going. There. For all my spares but like anything. Else check prices. Elsewhere. But no complaints here will recommend to my friends.

Been here a few times now and each time they've either had what I've needed (tow bar, glove box clip and battery) and gone out of their way to get it, or pointed me in the right direction to find a replacement. Good guys who know their stuff.

I thought these guys were excellent. I dealt with Pat at the Landrover part of the business, and I thought he was top notch at changing over a dead compressor for the air suspension of my car. I drove in with a low-rider and drove out two hours later with a Landrover. Done.I have to say - I read these reviews prior to going in, and I was expecting average customer service. That's not what I got. What I got was great work, done quickly, without any fuss (even though in my case the part changeover had some challenges, which Pat only showed me when I asked) and at a good price. Yes these blokes are questionable. Asked him for a specific part and he quoted me 2 prices , one to fit and one for part only. I hung up and called back the following day and said I'll take just the part as an Auto Elec where I live,15 kms away will fit it. Otherwise I need a tow truck. Surprise, Surprise he wouldn't sell it to me! He refused, as he know I had a car that wouldn't start and I had to tow it him. He said it would take 4 hrs for the job, and I knew it took around 1. Rude on the phone.When they don't Wana help or answer your questions, they hang up.They also sold me a part that does not work, and said that I broke the part.Dodgy, as two of my friends also had bad run in with them..Stay away from them
