I booked in for an wheel alignment, balancing on 4 wheels and a rotation. Upon picking up my car the rear tyres still had the original weights on meaning they hadn’t been balanced and I was still charged for 4 wheels to be balanced. When I left to go home my wheel alignment was a lot worse than it was originally. When I rung up they said they’d check the cameras and when I walked in they offered me the a refund for the two wheels that weren’t balanced. Upon further inspection of the vehicle all that was ever done to my car was a rotation and balance on the front two wheels. The alignment was never done at all. Yes I got a refund when I told them I’d be going to the motor vehicle ombudsman but this is just a warning to others.

Great staff. Got three tyres in a few months there now (I'm sure they shake their heads at how I always manage to get a puncture or split....lucky I guess), and they are always professional and lovely.

I work in Community Aged Care on the Peninsular and recently got a screw in my tyre which caused a puncture. The staff at the store were awesome they checked to see if the tyre could be repaired unfortunately it could not be. They put on my spare, ordered a new tyre and fitted this when it arrived. Very helpful, friendly and professional , highly recommend.

Glynn has this week donated a $250 Gift Voucher to raise funds to send my husband for treatment in Mexico for Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. When he saw my post on facebook he commented straight away saying that he would donate a $100 voucher, when I got to the garage he gave me a $250 voucher. What an amazing gentleman.
