Just got off the phone with Travis in regards to an issue with a component he has recently completed & I was surprised at how unprofessional he was about a mistake that he had clearly made, there was no ownership of the error, just straight excuses & how it wasn't an issue & for me ( after paying $2500.00 for the work ) to elongate the hole... I would expect, as a business owner, you would at least inform the client of the mistake & that the component would be re-made at their expense, no matter the cost, but no, all I received from Travis was a condescendingGood luck to you".I can tell you
