Your freight company is a pathetic. My parcel has been sitting in Melbourne less than 40mins away from where I live for nearly two weeks now. I do not recommend anyone use this freight company its one of the worse in Australia.

We have been with TIG for over 4 years and we find their rates to be extremely competitive. We appreciate the extra customer service and assistance received by TIG in helping us if we have special requirements and significant needs for our consignments. Their OpenFreight platform is easy to use. Our account manager, Myriam is extremely helpful. She goes the extra mile to assist us if we have any issues with our freight requirements. We highly recommend TIG to anyone in need of a complete freight solution.

TIG have been great working with us to solve our freight problems and offer cost-effective solutions. Their customer service is very good. We have multiple communication channels available to us so, we are able to get responses to our inquires in a timely manner. I would recommend TIG to any company that would like to automate their shipping processes and have that support in getting shipping to run smoothly.

We have used TIG for a few years now and their customer service, particularly from Melissa Annakis, has been absolutely fantastic, far better than we have ever had from a freight management company before.There will always be issues with the odd parcel when sending freight, but the system TIG has in place for dealing with these issues makes it simple to register the issue and keep track of the communication, for either the sender or the receiver.TIG are a key part of our business and I couldn't recommend them more strongly.

I have been using TIG freight management for about 4 years now and have found them to be a great company to deal with. In the past I have used other freight companies but the service I receive from TIG is second to none, especially from my account manager Melissa Annakis. Their online portal makes it easy to book and track my parcels.On the odd occasion a parcel goes astray, it is a quick simple process to lodge an enquiry, keep track of its progress and to ensure communication for both myself and the receiver.Great service, awesome people, highly recommended

I was told that this company was in charge of my delivery through TNT after TNT passed the buck to this company, I called and was told that an investigator would be on the case and would contact me about the non delivery of an urgent parcel. This was in the afternoon. The next day I called this company again about 10am as I had heard nothing, I was told that my parcel was now on board for delivery and would arrive before 5pm, this is not good enough. I had explained how urgent this was. No communication from all. Would definitely not recommend

Since moving all of our companies logistic requirements to TIG over 3 years ago, our average parcel costs has dropped by around 25%.The flexibility TIG have of changing between couriers so that we get the best price available and most efficient service, be it local, interstate or international, is fantastic. it all then comes on one bill and the customer service team chase up all of the different courier companies for you, so you still only have one point of contact and aren't left on hold with the big multi national freight companies.The flexibility was very evident during the height of the pandemic last year, when courier companies were completely overwhelmed with the demand. Parcels were taking over a week to deliver, one simple phone call and we got moved seamlessly to different courier companies that TIG knew were on top of their service and weren't as overwhelmed. Overnight our orders were then being delivered within normal time frames, amongst the mayhem. which helped our companies service immensely and prevented wasted staff hours dealing with customers wondering where their product was.Can highly recommend.

We have been working with TIG since 2019. We decided to leave our previous provider due to their lack of service, support, and constant turnover of account managers.Since coming onboard with TIG, the service has been fantastic, and our freight has never run more smoothly.Quality of service is very important to us, we understand that issues arise (especially with freight), however we want to work with a partner that assists us through these situations, and TIG do exactly that.Through our journey, the team have assisted us with:- reviewing our freight offering and assisted us with making changes as required.- been proactive with putting forward alternatives to better our service offering and lower our costs,- assisted us with integrating our multiple systems into their open freight management platform.I highly recommend the two Matt’s and TIG team.
