Stunning wonderful care from Dr Russell and his exceptional team!My wife had a Prussian Blue that was cared for at this clinic for 19yrs of her 21years lifespan.They've been consistently brilliant with their care and compassion for the furry members of our little family!! We have two dogs only now, both ex-working dogs, they're well cared for by the team at Eastern Hills Vet Clinic! Highly recommend this group of caring people...............

My child and I took our dog with the idea to possibility undertake youthinasia due to a baseball growth that appeared overnight. The vet/owner agreed to meet after hours as I was very concerned and distraught that it was causing her great pain. He spent 20 seconds looking her over in the back of my car, then proceeded to tell me to pay the account before he completed the service. After payment the vet brought out the needle to put her down without a proper consultation . I feel the owner was more interested in ensuring the payment/money was given, thinking I would not pay and do a runner, this before considering the welfare of my dog and family and this resulted in my dog being put down when I truly wanted to take her elsewhere to be operated on if she could be saved. I felt pushed under duress into putting her down buy having to pay before a proper consult could be done. This has left me distraught to say the least. While I spoke to the manager and they said this would not happen again, thou I will not hold my breath. This because the vet also ownes the business so it is hard to know if they are a firstly a business person or an empathetic vet. It is my view that money comes first for this establishment and my poor Rolley and family came last The vet / owner should be impartial to each other, they should not be one and the same. I told the manager to tell the vet to stick the money paid and only then did the manager ask what I wanted. I explained I want this to not happen to another family again. So please go elsewhere...

Friendly staff, appointments outside working hours available, shaded parking, lovely little spot. The waiting room is exceptionally small so be sure to let staff know if your pet is not good with others so you can wait outside under the big shady trees.

Great caring and knowledgeable vets. We know our beloved dog is in good hands.
