Good for boys quick dry cut but surely not for a keratin treatment . Very simple procedure and turns out no difference after one wash for $175! She told me I’ll be done in 2.5 hrs and ended up almost 4 hours as staff were too busy doing other quick cuts.

Poor at trimming medium to long haircuts for men.Generally good haircuts are given but when you need slightly complicated cuts, best to pay the extra money for a decent barber. You find that most barbers at the store provide basic cuts and have very little to no experience in modern cuts and will often provide poor results that aren’t up to a standard you would want it.My hair was long and I simply wanted a low key mullet and long top so that it remained discrete and neat. In the end, the guy started jamming the thinning scissors into the long portions of my hair and now it high key looks like I’m balding. I’ve given this place many tries despite my regrets but I reckon that I won’t be coming anymore because they don’t provide cuts to the level of satisfaction. But it’s okay for short cuts and for the price it is, it’s worth going if you are not too fussed.

This place is perfect for a very specific group of people: price-conscious customers who can speak Chinese. As a student who wants a simple, low maintenance haircut for a good price, it's just about perfect. However, if you're not their target market, your mileage may vary.

Excellent hair cut, with very friendly and helpful staff!. Best hair cut in my entire 12 yrs in Sydney. I have not been pleased with all the other hair salons I have been to. I always had to take out a pair of scissors when I reached home, to restyle myself. With Lilac's, I didn't have to, as it's perfect! And reasonable price too. Love it! Highly recommended. Lucky to have found this hair salon.

The quality of the hair cut, as you can see from the photo, is clearly below the standard.The barber does not seem to want to communicate at all, and there were very little communication from his side throughout.One side of my hair is clearly longer than the other - and it’s not like I did not tell him that. The result of my hair in the picture is after I have told him that my hair is uneven (the longer bit was originally nearly touching my shoulders) and he trimmed a bit more off. And he seems reluctant to admit or see that the hair was uneven.Don’t waste your 30 dollars here, you would end up going to another salon to fix up anyways

Very unhygienic brushes have not been sanitise and have used by so many customers after cut, after cut. The lady who supposed to colour my hair ended up serving multiple customers who walks in, left me with a different hair dresser, was a let down. The guy who washed my hair,the water splash on my face was very unprofessional. The salon might be very reasonable price but need to practice work ethic.

Came here to fix a bad haircut done somewhere else. They did a great job and I was very relieved. It doesn’t look that fancy on the outside, but the hairdressers were very skilled and pricing was very affordable.

Such a well hidden hair salon almost under the stair near Krispy Creme in Chatswood interchange, but it is in contrast extremely popular. The price is very reasonable. Even though you get whoever is available then, if you rather want a certain hair dresser, you can ask for him/her and have to wait. They recently increased the price abit.
