Really happy with my truffle brown planks, they look great, easy to install, and high quality. Excellent value for money and much cheaper than other lesser quality products I looked at buying. Also very happy with Marc's communication and how quickly and smoothly the purchase process was. Highly recommend these guys!

After comparing some flooring industries. We found this one is much cheaper with good quality and service. The technician helped us install grey floorboard with same quality scotia on white and green tiles. The floor was not perfectly flat. We left home around 9am and came back around 5pm. It’s already been done. The floorboard is perfect and makes a big difference to my house. Very happy with the professional work. Didn’t take the photos before installation. Downloaded the photo/s from REA.

If you are looking for a company that provides great service and top of the range product at a great price, you should definitely check them out! From start to finish they have been very informative, transparent and have provided great service to my build.I have hybrid flooring and stairs build with them. The hybrid flooring is resistant to scratch, easy to clean and looks like the real timber. Even better the price is so affordable! Our stairs was build with Burmese wood with a nice grain texture. On top of that, during our build, there were complications with some plans on my stairs and they came up with a great solution within my budget to solve the problem and at the same time making it a feature staircase.I highly recommend them to anyone!!! Many thanks to HEPH! I now have a home that is aesthetically pleasing and love!Thanks again HEPH!!!

I cannot speak more highly of this company and their product and competitive pricing. Initially I was looking at a far more expensive product however this product was equal in quality for much less. I elected to have their tradesman install their product and he was outstanding. We live in a sub penthouse in Brisbane City with amazing views so a quality product and installation was critical to us. Without doubt our expectations were exceeded. Our apartment looks amazing and we cannot believe the value for money this company provided. Special mention to our installer Nick. He is skilled beyond belief. Our apartment has a complex layout with multiple angles and it was amazing to watch him with a bevel in hand mark and cut the boards with such precision.I give my highest recommendation to Marc and his team. If you are looking for an incredible product at a great price then look no further than this company to supply and install your floor. You will not regret it.

We went with Heph for our engineered timber floors being impressed with Adrian he didn't disappoint. Not only was the product absolutely amazing their workmanship was second to none. Adrian was a pleasure to deal from start to finish with competitive pricing. Would recommend to anyone. At first I thought this company was great. After Nick who doesn't speak any English, layed the flooring, I noticed flaws (permanent stains) on several of our floorboards, Marc said he would replace them which Nick did. The replacement floor boards are a different colour and are not even. They look disgusting and lots of people have commented. I also have a couple of splitting boards. Of course they say it is our fault even though we had our floor professionally ground and Heph offer complimentary grinding. Marc will now not even acknowledge any of our phone calls, texts etc. QBCC will not do anything because it is a floating floor so off to small claims now. Happy for anyone to inspect. Would not recommend this company.
