They do not fulfill their commitments regarding entitlement of the land I booked last year and it was a commitment to title the land this year 3rd quarter but they have sent me an email that it has been postponed to next year now. I would not recommend Redstone for those who want their homes built in time

Hi Does anyone has information about compulsory club ? We are told have to pay $25/week for club access only and it is mandatory.

When asked about the fall of the land was misled/lied to by sales consultant Holly, that the land is relatively flat and shouldn’t have any issues".To then find out once the engineering plans were "available" that is far from true.It is making things extremely hard to afford site costs or even find a builder that will accept the fall of the land. A lot of builders will not even give me a time of day to once receiving the site details.Would not recommend. Expect costly payments."
