Himalaya is an absolute genius! The charge controller on the logic board of my MacBook is broken thus I couldn’t charge it anymore. I needed access to my data though because I forgot to make backup. I went to another repair service before and after 2 weeks waiting they told me there’s nothing they could do for me. Then I came to Himalaya and after a few days of studying he figured out a way to „jump start“ my MacBook and get access to all my data. He is an absolute champion in his expertise and I can highly recommend him. I’m so grateful for what he has done for me, it’s even hard to find words for it. Thank you so much!

I was quoted $250 for a battery replacement after giving a very specific model numbers. I turned up and the store was closed and called the guy - he said he was late (over an hour late) but gave no apology. After waiting I go in and he says he made a mistake and the price is $350 and he would not honour his phone quote. I've wasted 2 hours of my time. Poor customer service.

Do not go there! Do not go to this place as this guy will destroy your computer. He broke my Macbook pro and I had to threaten to take him to court so I would get my money back. He is not an authorised dealer and does not have access to authorised parts! You will regret going to this guy as hes extremely unprofessional and extremely untrustworthy.The cheap will come out expensive in the end if you chose to use his service, he will remove your parts and he will brake your computer! Do not make the mistake i did and think that those reviews meant anything!

What a great service, resurrected my machine (macbook 2010) — finally I have my ports back.Highly recommend, good value and pleasure to deal with!Scrolled down to see the comments of people who left 1 star: they are ridiculous and must come from really boring or greedy people (angry about $50 difference, try running a business). The guy is awesome and is a true master of his repaircraft. A great character and pleasure to chat to. I will recommend to everyone I know. Support small business.

Himalaya is very professional in his approach to repairs. My laptop had internal physical damage and he had explained in detail what he’d do. He had repaired it like new in less than 48 business hours. He’s a busy one-man team so drop in early as he does not do bookings. Would definitely go again and highly recommended.

Excellent workmanship, I had my macbook damaged with Liquid, Himalaya has got it done very efficiently and pricing is quite affordable unlike apple store, its been an year and it still runs.Great Job and amazing customer service. If any of my apple products get damaged, I know where to go :)

Incredible service! Came to MicroOnline after I noticed some water had gotten on my MacBook. Himalaya was very honest and provided extensive detail on service and pricing. Had my laptop back within 3 hours in perfect condition for an extremely reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Extremely bad customerservice and behavior. The owner of the shop is very impatient and did not allow me to ask any question about the problem with my computer or about the payment methods and prices. He almost kicked me out of the store so I wouldn't bore him. He didn't have time to talk to me and explain me what's wrong. As a client, I have the right to know what is wrong with my computer. And the owner lied to me that he wouldn't be working for the next three days, and I see online that he's still working until today, even though it's a public holiday. He doesn't know that we are paying for his services and not that he is insulting us. Maybe he doesn't need the new customers.?

Just visited Micro Online to get my Mac fixed as it was no longer charging. Himalaya was very helpful and most definitely knew his stuff. He replaced the MagSafe power connector on my Mac in less than 24 hours.Great service and at a great price - highly recommended!
