Visited for the first time today. And yep, I agree with everyone's comments about Ross. Certainly very knowledgeable about his stuff and definitely was not trying to rip customers off with unnecessary labour. He did convince me to try out aftermarket wipers which I was very skeptical about at first, but they turned out working brilliantly, so yep, can trust his advice.In fact, with his reputation, I was expecting a silver haired bloke, but was surprised that he's quite young.

I cannot give him a 6 star review. I would as I am part of the 6 star business community. Fast efficient service, he sets an impossible 30 min timeframe when clearly he is in the middle of something, then he delivers it with a smile. What a legend, I have heard how nicely he treats other clients too, absolute champion! By the way he has the best price I have ever seen, Do not even try anyone else if you are in a 20 KM circle. The garage is so clean, you cannot ask for more. GO Midway Auto! Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Ross now for a couple of years, with my Hilux he has always been on time always fairly priced, calls me in the first hour after I drop it of to inform me if anything needs doing outside the book service, I find Ross easy to deal with polite professional not trying to sell you something you don’t need, my nephew now goes to him and my wife after years of taking her Vw to a main dealer we will be taking her car to Ross from now on.Thanks RossRod

I have been twice for a service and once for a suspension replacement. All visits, they told me exactly what time I could pick up and how much it would cost. I was able to pick up either on time or early. All costs were made very clear upfront. They keep their word.

One of if not the best mechanic in Sydney. Calls you within an hour of dropping the car off. Explains things clearly and knows what he's talking about. Gives you a fair price and is always polite, on time and friendly. Came to him with a brake issue that arose from another mechanics unfortunately shoddy repair job. He identified the issue quickly, what the other mechanic did wrong and fixed it within the day. Would recommend all my friends and family to go to Ross.
