Nashy not just set up my bike perfectly to fit he also expanded my knowledge in cycling and human anatomy as well as he thoroughly explained what and why he is making any adjustment. Very,very knowledgeable and experienced. Definitely money well spent. Thank You Nashy

Adelaide Bike Fit
Got a 2D bike fit from ABF and really impressed by the difference it made to my comfort on the bike. I had a couple of issues, some of which I just thought that some were just part of riding, which feel much better now. Also while I doubt this process has made me any stronger, but I now feel much more comfortable increasing my power/effort when I need to. Took extra time to talk me through the process of buying a new bike and how to size appropriately for different brands, plus general knowledge from years of working on pro bikes.Also worth adding that there were no new parts on my bike, everything was done within the setup I already had.

2d Aero Fit today with Nashy.If you are uncomfortable on the bike or not sure about your setup this guy is the guy to see!He will run you step by step on the changes that need to be made to make you feel comfortable on the bike.He went in detail about what was happening prior and what are goal was regarding the fit.If I could give more stars to this review I would. Amazing service

Booked in to see Nashy for a 3D bike fit and must say I was very impressed with his knowledge of bio mechanics and body movement on and off the bike. He explained every movement and adjustment made to my bike in detail and in easy to understand terms. Steve made adjustments to my bike and cleats during the fit and I immediately noticed an improvement to my back, knees and shoulders. I highly recommend Adelaide Bike Fit to anyone wanting to be set up and pain free when riding. Thanks Nashy

I walked in with little knowledge of bike set up. Nashy spent the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand why we were making the changes, i have gone for a few rides since my fitting and i feel like i am on a new bike...small tweaks, money well spent and a world of Knowledge...an invested i am proud i made.Went back a few months later with a different frame bike and Nashy helped me understand the difference and feel and made the adjustments to make the bike work, without Nashy’s knowledge and patience I don’t think I’d be able to ride. Highly recommend Adelaide Bikefit.

If you have never had a bike fit before that's a place to go. Nashy is very professional and gives attention to every single detail. I couldn't even imagine that he would take so many different measurements and use so advance technologies! He basically changed everything in my bike's configuration and my position on it immediately felt so much better, enjoyable and even more aerodynamic! He also advised me to buy a new set of pedals with wider axis which he can set and adjust the cleats at no cost. Great person and he is also a competitive cyclist! 5 stars

Nashy is an amazing guy, he has a lot of experience and you can notice that he knows what he is doing, he explains everything while he is doing it. I just have a commute bike, so I couldn`t go through the whole bike fit process (No clips on the pedals), but I was having a lot of pain while riding and he helped me getting back to ride more than 60 km without any discomfort. Totally recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed my time spent with Nashy. Very thorough and I walked away knowing the reasons for all adjustments made. Nashy, a great, funny and knowledgeable man who will give you detailed information about what he does and at the same time wants a feed back. Can't get any better customer service than that. I can say if not top 5, one of the best bike fitter in Adelaide. Thanks Nashy for doing my bike fitting and made good changes with my positioning.
