Very Poor Communication and Customer Service in Party Booking Experience.I usually prefer not to write negative reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my recent experience in trying to book a birthday party for my son with them.The customer service and communication have been very disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to contact the team via phone and email, the response has been sporadic at best. More often than not, our calls and emails were not returned, leading to frustration and confusion.When we did receive communication, the information provided was inconsistent and confusing. One email stated there were 3-5 sessions available for booking, but a subsequent email listed completely different times without any explanation for the change.This lack of consistent communication made it exceedingly difficult to plan the event, and has ultimately left us disappointed with our experience. It's crucial for companies, especially those in the event planning business, to understand the importance of efficient customer service and clear communication.Unfortunately, based on our experience, this company falls significantly short of these expectations. I sincerely hope they take this feedback into account and make the necessary changes to their customer service approach.I would advise potential customers to carefully consider these issues before deciding to book an event with this company.

Ultra Football consistently impresses me with its extensive array of football gear and exceptional shopping experience. While the prices may be slightly higher than anticipated, and the selection of club merchandise could be broader, it remains a top-notch destination for all football enthusiasts.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received, and this is now the 2nd time for the same issue.I have placed orders for the Australian national team jersey on day of release and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. I've had to lodge PayPal disputes and still no clue if I'll ever see my jersey. Shame on you, shame on you!

If possible, I will give them less than 1 star for the terrible online service. Paid for the product online, received a confirmation email to confirm the order but could not track it. I emailed them to check what happens and was very surprised as they said it is out of stock.It's poor and dishonest! Avoid this borderline scam!

The customer service is very weird. A few days ago I checked with them in the email they told me the Cali star puma size 8 is out of stock. I sent the link which showed it was still in stock and got a reply saying “completely out of stock and our website is undergoing an update for the stock levels”. I checked the website next a few days and it still showed size 8 was in stock. Today I went to the local store and it is in stock!!! The staff, very helpful and friendly, helped me find the shoes. I am very confused why the customer service guy kept telling me it is out of stock?! Five star for the staff in store, zero for the customer service.

Ordered some items online expecting to receive them in 3~10working days as it says on their website. Its has been nearly a month and have not received my order yet. Tried to call the customer service 5 times no one ever answer. I have emailed them 3 times, took them 3weeks to reply to my email.. I have been told that they would email me once the order has left, never received the email.I still havent received my order.I could have ordered similar items on different shops and would have received it by now. It is just frustrating that i dont even know how long it still takes. Very bad customer service and communication. Please dont use their online shop you wont receive your order. I do not recommend it.

Attended a birthday party for my nephew. The party hosts were so involved with the kids and kept them so engaged. They even had the parents join in and to be honest we had a blast! Absolute legends! Would definitely book this in for one of my boys and and pass on my recommendation to others. Well done guys!

Amazing customer service! I had a special request to have my order express shipped as I needed a particular pair of shoes within the next couple of business days. I received my order the following afternoon after emailing back and forth with the support team the previous day.
