I have just completed my Individual support in Disability and I am so happy and grateful to all the Admin and teaching staff at FYI for all the encouragement and support they've given me during my time with them. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a great training organisation that have integrity and awesome staff to complete their courses at FYI in Lalor. I will definitely consider coming back.

I Attended all of the practical classes for my first aid course but was unable to log in to complete the online test. (which for some reason they don’t support anyone with) After zero communication from the FYI team and despite not having any due date set for this online component of this 3 year long accreditation, I received a single text at 5pm notifying me that my untaken and ungraded test has made me non satisfactory.. I tried contacting them in regards to this but was left with no reply.

I found studying with FYITraining for my Certificate III in Individual Support and Disabilty Specializations and my Certificate IV in Leisure and Health to be a most fulfilling and rewarding experience. Trainors and staff were friendly and supportive and a very inspiring time was had by all.Brilliant!

My experience with FYI Education is nothing but the best! When you walk in their door, you can feel the positive energy that they all bring, always accommodating and ready to answer your queries. I am not a tech savvy but I didn't have any issues navigating my online learning. Shout out to my trainer Nad Tabit, she makes sure that I am on top of my assessments and clearly explains any questions I will have on a timely manner.Thank you FYI team for helping people like me find the career that we will be proud of.
