Very poor customer service, actually, no customer service!I rang and was told they were busy for half an hour. I waited the half hour (while the girl had her lunch) and was then told the girl who did the service I wanted wasn't in today.I have no problem with the girl taking her meal break, as she needs. What I do have a problem with is not being asked what service I required, and wasting half an hour before she bothered to ask what I wanted done only to be told the person wasn't in today. Very poor form. I will not return.

It's hard to find perfect place for eyebrows work with defined shape. I’ve been few times now and she is helping me grow in my eyebrows and get more of a defined shape. The threading is pain free and always looks great. Thank you Divya for excellent and friendly service. Always Would recommend.

The girl work on Monday 07March should not be there. She did not do the work properly. She done my eyebrow threading for less than 1 minute. When I looked on the mirror, the hair still out of my tatoo line. Asked her to fix it. She was upset attitude & made my eyebrow on right side worse. Not even cleaning up after or applying some cream like others usually do. All the girl good except this girl since I have been with their service for few years now

I was struggling a lot with waxing since months till I came across this place. Such a friendly staff and I’m amazed with how attentive they were with my eyebrows. Will highly recommend and will also go back.

I have been to a lot of places to get my brows done and have never found a place that truly caters to what I want for my eyebrows until now. The ladies at O'bara Beauty were really friendly and professional. I explained to them what I wanted and they delivered. They were amazing. Only my first time there and I am hooked. I highly recommend O'bara Beauty.

Nardeeb fit me in on short notice, she did a great job and was super friendly! Will be back as usual :)

all was good when the young girl was doing it, then the owner/ manager told her off for going to slow and did it herself and bruised and left scar on lip threading.will not be going back.

Good customer service, she was kind and was very sweet and my eyebrows look great!
