Botanical Creations

The nursery is nice and small but what’s with horrible employees! Walked in and passed a lady employee only to be met with stares as she looked us up and down, said ‘hello’ and she hesitated to reply and turned away. Then proceeded to walk into the shop and we both said hello to a man at the register and asked how he was and how was his day, he completely ignored us upon eye contact and continued to do whatever he was doing. We felt so uncomfortable like there was something wrong with us. We decided to leave even though we would’ve loved to purchase some plants, won’t support a small business that can’t even greet and serve customers there are plenty of others out there who do.

The strengths of this long established business are healthy plants, outstanding advice, a good range for both the simple and if you want it complicated, good mid range prices and a loyalty credit program. Also the staff are very pleasant people.It’s a lot more than first appears.

Decent local nursery with healthy plants.Staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Indoor and terrarium section is good, but it looked like it had been picked over of the best stock. Nice collection of decorative pots.Slightly more expensive than the other garden centres I usually shop at, but still pretty good.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Awesome lush greens there. Thought of gifting our friends, these lovely plants and the guy wrapped up those so elegant! Our friends loved it. A great, colourful and deep refreshing Christmas present at a good price,haha!

Sadly, I've only been to Botanical Creations on 2 occasions. Each time, I have been SO impressed with the plants on offer and the display of these. It really is a tempting environment, each time making you buy yet something more for your home and garden.

This is a great nursery. During the lockdowns it has been a life saver. It has meant that we can get on with our garden changes without interruption. The service is good and the collection process is very smooth.

Always helpful. Great variety and personal service!!!This is an update November 2022. This nursery has gone downhill since my previous review with non existent customer service and complete disregard for customers. Very disappointing indeed.

The staff was super friendly and was very helpful. They even cleared all my doubts (And I had a lot as this was the first time I was taking care of plants). I would definitely go there again to get other plants. They have a really good collection.I started off with Peace Lily and followed all the instructions they provided (although there are many online, I prefer getting them in a face2face interaction) and it has been great. Visit Botanical Creations once, and I'm sure you will come out with a couple of plants.

Lots of lovely indoor & outdoor plants available as well as pots, mulch & gardening accessories. The empolyees are very helpful & friendly.The plants are very reasonably prices.The only downside is it's not very wheelchair accessible. There is gravel & stone, tight space and an indoor section with a few steps (you can get up a ramp but it's very tight with many pots so you can't turn a mobility scooter in there.

Each time I’ve been in the staff have been friendly. And very helpful, one guy exceptionally so. Have answered as many of my never-ending newbie gardening questions as they could. Lots of nice plants (just wish I could afford more!).And RIP OG chickens ;( Perhaps there’s new chooks now?
