Nice parkland area with BBQ, toilets, cafe, shelters and ramps to launch kayaks etc. If you do not have an annual NSW parks pass it's a $12 day entry fee.

Nice big park, a number of walking trails, great for family bbq and picnic. Great kayaking or paddle boarding. Lovely marina area, very clean and well kept park.

Great place for a day out. Google maps shows a longer route if you are in the Hornsby area. There is a nearer route via Mt Colah. The place is a valley and has back waters, and next to water there are picnic areas with few BBQ, children's play area, and a lot of open space. There is a cafe to grab some food.You can bring in your own paddle boats or kayaks, there is a paid peddle boat as well. Board walk is awesome when the water level is high. It gets a bit busy over weekends. Overall a great place to hang out for a day. Even a quick visit can take up to two hours to explore the place. Wheel chair friendly area for accessibility. Toilets are accessible too and maintenance is average.

Its a wonderful picnic place, such serenity, away from the sounds of the city. It looks encircled with mountains with walking tracks. Be it a large family or a couple get together, it serves quite well. I loved the place and it will always be in top pics for my random outings. Cheers !!

Perfect place for a day out. lots of picnic tables and there's one cafe as well. you can hire a paddle boat and there's one beautiful walking trail.

Beautiful place great for a Bbq or kids play time.. boat ramp picnic areas and water access.. Lots of birds and wild life around.Located in the national park 12 dollars to get in or use access pass ordered online.

Good place for a day out . Mangroves rainforest food quiet and calm place. Boating available ..$25 per boat ..food at the available rest not so great , no great veg options and bit pricier for the portions.

Lovely place for brunch and an easy bushwalk to the creek. There is also an awesome playground for kids.

Have been to bobbin head so many times for picnic & BBQ ! Absolutely love this gorgeous place

Great facilities, barbecues, toilets and a new playground that has a safety fence.Lots of shade and plenty of wildlife.Car parking is pretty good. Drive in is good but the road in needs lots of repairs.
