Just the best doctor ever. Listens and advises in a down to earth manner. He is most reassuring and comforting. Couldn't recommend Mark highly enough. We've known Mark 30 ish years and wouldn't see anyone else.

Dr Mark Cook is kind, patient, he listens to your concerns and explains the best course of treatment. Then if something isn't working for you, he will help find an alternative. I thank my lucky stars that he was doing the rounds when I came into St V's after having my first seizure. He is the best.

2 stars only cause the receptionist was EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY......Didn't even get the chance to see the doctor....Very dissapointed
